Just in time for the 300th birthday (2010) of Giovanni Battista Pergolesi (1710-1736), the "Italian Mozart," the Fondazione Pergolesi, in collaboration with UNITEL CLASSICA, recorded Pergolesi's comic opera "Il Flaminio" in HD and 5.1 surround sound.
Pergolesi was the first to invent opera for eternity:
