In commemoration of the 100th anniversary of Ferruccio Busoni’s death, Dynamic presents the world première video recording of Busoni's Doktor Faust, which was completed by Philipp Jarnach in 1925.
This acclaimed production features the new staging directed by Davide Livermore at the Teatro del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino on 14th February 2023.
Conducted by award-winning conductor Cornelius Meister, this performance features an outstanding cast led by Dietrich Henschel, Daniel Brenna, Wilhelm Schwinghammer, Joseph Dahdah and Olga Bezsmertna.
Filmed in 4K, the recording is available in DVD and Blu-ray formats.
