description
With Rua da Emenda, Antonio Zambujo continues on his mission to revolutionize fado. On this album, he leaves the well-beaten track of traditional fado behind and turns it into his very own musical genre - a new, elegant, vocal art that mixes saudade and ardent choruses. The appealing ambience of Rua da Emenda, which blends Zambujo's velvety voice with sparkling guitar and melancholic clarinets, evokes the flavors of historic Lisbon.
