Shipping

IMPORTANT. If the ordered recordings are in stock in our warehouse, we dispatch them by post within 1–3 working days. Delivery time also depends on the postal service.

If an item is temporarily unavailable, delivery may take as long as 3–4 weeks. This particularly affects less common labels and titles. We apologise in advance for any delay and ask for your patience.

If possible, please include the catalogue numbers of the recordings in your order. This makes processing your order much easier.

Before transferring payment, please contact us or obtain confirmation that the titles are in stock and that the waiting time will not be too long.

All orders from individual customers are treated as orders for complete fulfilment: we assume that customers remain interested even after several weeks and will purchase the ordered recordings once we have imported them into Poland.

If you do not wish to wait that long, please email us to say that you will purchase only if prompt delivery is possible.

For courier delivery with payment on receipt, the additional cash-on-delivery fee is PLN 6.

In the event of manufacturing defects or damage in transit, CMD replaces the purchased recordings with goods in perfect condition.

Parcels with goods worth more than PLN 300 are shipped at our expense: CMD covers the shipping costs.

This applies to parcels actually shipped, NOT ORDERS. If some titles are unavailable and the available recordings total no more than PLN 300, shipping costs are added if the customer does not wish to wait for the remaining items.
