VIII. Personal data — privacy policy

CMD Classical Music Distribution respects the privacy of its customers and users. Our privacy policy below sets out the rules for collecting, processing and protecting data.

Personal data provided to us is processed by CMD Classical Music Distribution, ul. Zielonogórska 6, 45-323 Opole, to fulfil online store tasks, including order processing and sending email newsletters.

Personal data is stored and protected in accordance with the rules laid down by:

  • The Polish Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (consolidated text, Journal of Laws 2002 No. 101, item 926, as amended).
  • The Polish Act on the Provision of Electronic Services of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended).
  • The Regulation of the Polish Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 29 April 2004 on documentation of personal data processing and the technical and organisational conditions for equipment and IT systems used for processing personal data (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024).

Every customer has the right to modify, correct or delete their personal data.

Personal data is not shared with other entities for marketing purposes.

This privacy policy may be changed at any time. Users who do not accept changes may stop using the website or ask the administrator to delete their account.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the CUSTOMER may provide a bank account number for the refund.
