description
This is an excellent selection of tangos played by the Trio Pantango. The trio consists of Guillermo Destaillats (bandoneón) and Fernando Rubin Saglia (guitar) from Buenos Aires and Michael Elvermann (clarinet) from Germany.
They play tangos by Piazzolla, Cobián, Troilo, Canaro, Filiberto ..., including Un placer, La cumparsita, Libertango, Che bandoneón ... The Trio Pantango plays with style and all the "grand gestures", but with lightness and a twinkle in the eye.
