description
Vinyl 180-gram
This melange of Lounge, Jazz, Yiddish Evergreens, Tango sounds, Balkan beats, Bossa Nova, Swing and musical impressions from the Orient is something only she could pull off in this way with her typical humour and unabated lust for life. Her velvety clear voice and charisma touch the listener and leave behind an inspired audience. Who doesnt already know her milkman Tevye and his wonderful song about his possible, but highly unlikely soon-to-come riches? After Shmuel Rodensky's hit, the Yiddish song disappeared fast and completely from the German musical landscape. Sharon Brauner rediscovered it and has arranged it and other Evergreens with a new groove.
