description
The instrumental compositions, mostly penned by saxophonist Helga Plankensteiner, are difficult to classify, always bring unexpected moods to the fore and are characterized by the beautiful sound of the baritone saxophone • As so often on Plankensteiner's CDs, the two sung songs are both a break in style and a surprise • The trumpeter Matthias Schriefl and Gerhard Gschlößl on the trombone are also part of the band.
