description
Four years after a superb CD devoted to César Franck (FUG509, CHOC of Le Monde de la Musique), here is Alice Ader again with Fuga Libera in a recording to which she contributes the very essence of herself: The Art of the Fugue by Johann Sebastian Bach.
The auditor is invited to share the electric experience of this live performance, in the intimate little Théatre de Poissy. The great lady of the piano offers us an incredibly concentrated message, which culminates and dies in the abrupt and abyssal silence of the unfinished fugue. A luminous presentation text by Gilles Cantagrel will whet your appetite.
