She experiences longing, ecstasy and joy. At the end of the performance, the room temperature has risen a few degrees, when after all the noble feelings she lets a liberating exploding laughter be heard with her interpretation of a Finnish folk song. This recital by Karita Mattila leaves nothing to be desired.
